This valve train kits will supply you with all the compatible parts to upgrade the valve train on your performance engine. The Master Kit includes 34mm shim under buckets, stainless steel valves (+1 mm oversized), dual valve springs, spring seats, titanium retainers, hardened keepers, and Viton valve seals. This is an excellent kit to work with Stage 1, 2 or 3 camshafts.
34 mm Cam Buckets
The 34 mm cam buckets allow you to run a larger cam profile (up to Stage 3). These buckets will also upgrade your valve train to a “shim under” style. That means you can run Pro 8 mm shims under the bucket instead of on top. This help keep the valve train lighter and more stable.
Intake & Exhaust Valves
These valves are 1 mm larger than stock making them ideal for ported street heads that don’t need the huge oversized valves. These stainless steel valves are lighter than the stock steel valves, and have a special anti-friction coating to promote better airflow across the valve as well as reduced resistance in the guide which results in better valvetrain stability. These valves will work with the stock seats once a performance valve job has been performed. It is highly recommended to unshroud the valve with bowl and chamber port work when using oversized valves.
Valve Springs
Available with Pro-Dual or HD-Dual Valve Springs:
The Pro-Dual Valve Springs provide 75 lbs. of seat pressure and open pressure of 215 lbs. (at .500″ lift). They work perfectly in naturally aspirated or low boost applications (0-10 lbs. of boost). These springs are rated up to 8,000 RPM and will accommodate cam lifts up to .600″.
The HD-Dual Valve Springs provide 100 lbs. of seat pressure and open pressure of 232 lbs. (at .500″ lift). They are designed for high boost applications (10 – 30 lbs. of boost). These springs are rated up to 10,000 RPM and will accommodate cam lifts up to .550″.
Spring Seats
These spring seats will sit on top of your stock spring seat and allow you to run dual valve springs without any head modifications.
Titanium Retainers
Titanium retainers are lighter and stronger than steel reducing the chances of splitting a retainer and damaging up an engine at high RPMs. Titanium retainers are American made. These Titanium retainers allow the use of high lift cams without the chance of failure.
Hardened Keepers
Hardened Valve Keepers fit all 6mm valves using stock Toyota retainers or our Pro Titanium Retainers. A must for high rpm applications.
Viton Valve Seals
Viton Valve Seals are the latest in valve seal material, surpassing Teflon. Heat resistant to 440° degrees, they eliminate oil consumption through the valve guide and provide smoother engine idling by stopping manifold air and oil leakage past the seal. They insure a perfect seal for maximum performance and long engine life.
NOTE: This kit will require 8 mm pro valve shims. Shims not included with the kit due to various different applications. Customers will need to mock up their valve train and determine what size shims they need (purchased separately).
